Pre-Registration is compulsory to :

- get your username and password,
- submit your abstract, come back to your data on the conference web site
- receive the decision of the reviewers
- rent a space for exhibition

The payment is compulsory to confirm your participation. The authors often wait for the acceptance of their presentation before to proceed the payment.Thus the registration and payment actions are disconnected.
